To cancel your place on any course or workshop, notice of cancellation must be given by email to info@clayboxstudio.co.uk 14 days prior to the start date.

​

• If you cancel 14 days prior to the course or workshop start date, you will receive a full refund minus a £10 administration fee.

• No refunds will be given for cancellations made less than 14 days before the course or workshop.

• This is a small business so please plan your bookings carefully as cancellations can have a serious affect on things running smoothly.

   

  Claybox Studio reserves the right to cancel classes and workshops if there are insufficient numbers. In this circumstance we will do our best to offer an alternative or offer a full refund.

Missed Classes (Regular Classes)

If you cannot attend a class for any reason then we will try to add you to another class during the current term. However, if there are no gaps available this may not always be possible. 

​

Missed classes cannot be passed from one term to the next. It is the students responsibility to attend as many classes as possible.  

No refunds will be given for missed classes.
